In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "soju89" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at soju89.cam, operated by the platform's international licensing entity.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated software tools operated under the soju89 brand.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the soju89 Platform.
• "Account" — the registered personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback reward, reload incentive, or other non-cash value granted to a Player by soju89 under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds before those funds (or winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, comprising identity, age, and address verification, carried out in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the standard time zone for Jakarta and the primary reference zone for soju89's operational hours.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using soju89's services is unlawful under applicable local legislation.

Access to and use of the soju89 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate applicable local law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to jurisdictions on soju89's internal restricted-territory list.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of soju89 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the soju89 Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a Platform-initiated account closure.

soju89 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice.

To access real-money features on soju89, you are required to create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on soju89 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). soju89 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
• You must notify soju89 immediately via the support team at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• soju89 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without providing a reason.

soju89 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be requested at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, or at any point during your use of the Platform.

• Identity Verification: A government-issued photo identification document (national ID card / KTP, passport, or driving licence) showing your full legal name and date of birth.
• Address Verification: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (dated within the last 3 months) bearing your registered name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to you personally — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds: In cases where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due-diligence thresholds, soju89 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of the funds being deposited.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days from the date of request — may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing or, ultimately, account closure. Any real-money funds held in a verified Account at the time of closure will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to AML clearance.

All financial transactions on soju89 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the movement of funds to and from your Account:

5.1 Deposits

• soju89 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to the payment provider's own transaction limits.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded.
• soju89 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the soju89 Account holder. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday), subject to KYC clearance and standard security checks.
• A Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• soju89 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 50.000.000 within a 30-day rolling period.

soju89 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, as specified per promotion. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit-match bonuses is 15x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one, unless the promotion explicitly permits concurrent bonus stacking.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to sports events with odds below 1.50, specific live casino side bets, and progressive jackpot slots — may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements. Refer to individual promotion pages for full game contribution rates.
• soju89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses via the Platform's notification system.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns, or coordinated play with other accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the soju89 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. soju89 does not offer bet cancellation or editing after a wager has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted by the in-play cash-out feature on eligible events.
• soju89 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Player's Account.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided, the accumulator will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. A single-selection accumulator resulting from voiding will be settled as a single bet.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. In the event of a push (the result exactly matches the handicap line), the stake is returned in full.
• soju89 adheres to maximum payout limits per event, which are published within the sportsbook interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a single event will be capped at the applicable limit.
• For RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games), the return-to-player (RTP) percentages are certified by independent testing laboratories and are available upon request from the customer support team.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface at the time of play. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, soju89's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of any incomplete game round.

soju89 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming framework:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout triggers via Account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net wagering activity.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the soju89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players or third parties, or any other form of sports fraud in connection with bets placed on soju89.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any Player who discovers such an issue must report it immediately to the support team rather than exploiting it.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Transferring Account funds to another Player's Account (chip-dumping or fund-sharing arrangements).
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

All content on the soju89 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of soju89 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of soju89.
• Game titles and studio branding (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under valid commercial licence agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soju89 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on sports bets, casino games, or any other wagering activity.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banking or e-wallet providers (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, etc.).
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from technical faults outside soju89's reasonable control.

soju89's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

soju89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• soju89 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Data is retained for a minimum period of 5 years following account closure, in accordance with applicable AML record-keeping requirements.

soju89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. • Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.
• If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact the support team to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining Account balance.
• It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were most recently revised.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the international gaming jurisdiction under which soju89 holds its operating licence. This choice of law does not limit or waive any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact soju89 in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
• Formal Arbitration: If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body as designated by the licensing jurisdiction.
• Language: All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
• Jurisdiction of Indonesian Courts: Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
